I do enjoy reading up on what doctors and other
health professionals say about staying healthy and keeping fit. I
would like to share with you some of the things I have read and
tried. I would like this to be an interactive page so I will provide
you with my sources and you will be able to look up the things I
have and explore further if you like.
I call these series of articles the "I am no
doctor, But....". I am very excited about this information and
